Processing means payment review, order verification, picking, packing, and handoff preparation. It normally takes 1–2 business days and is separate from carrier transit. This statement reflects the current operating practice of ColourPop.
Transportation estimate
After the carrier accepts the parcel, standard transit normally takes 4–6 business days. Weekends, holidays, severe weather, address problems, and carrier disruption can affect the estimate. ColourPop records and handles the related request under this published policy.
Standard delivery charge
Standard shipping is free on every US order, with no minimum purchase threshold. No standard delivery charge is added because of basket size. Across the ColourPop catalogue, this requirement remains consistent for eligible orders.
Carrier exceptions
Please contact us when a parcel is delayed beyond the estimate, appears lost, arrives damaged, or is delivered incorrectly. We will review available tracking and work toward the appropriate solution. At ColourPop, this point is applied consistently to eligible customer requests.
Shipment changes
Address corrections and cancellations are available only before dispatch and are not guaranteed once fulfilment begins. After shipment, cancellation is handled through the Refund Policy. For ColourPop orders, this forms part of the published shipping standard.
Timing of order receipt
Orders submitted by 5:00 PM (America/Chicago time) can enter processing that business day. Orders placed after the cut-off, or on a weekend or applicable holiday, begin counting on the next business day. This requirement is built into the current service process used by ColourPop.
Dispatch confirmation
A shipping confirmation with a tracking number is sent after dispatch. Carrier scans can take time to appear. If tracking remains unchanged or shows an unexpected delivery issue, contact ColourPop for assistance.
Shipping destination
We ship only to deliverable United States addresses. International delivery is not offered. Customers are responsible for entering a complete address; contact us before dispatch if a correction is needed. Customers of ColourPop can refer to this rule whenever the stated conditions are met.
